Privacy Policy
Effective: May 26, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how AttriSight (“AttriSight”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use the AttriSight website, applications, and related services (the “Service”).
1. Information we collect
We collect the following categories of information:
Account information. Your work email address, name (if provided by Google sign-in), the company domain inferred from your email, sign-in method, and the timestamps of account creation, approval, and last activity.
Connected Google Ads data. When you connect your Google Ads account (via OAuth or our read-only Google Ads Script), we read and store account metadata, campaign and ad group structure, keywords, search terms, placements, conversion data, spend, and related performance metrics. We do not collect or process personally identifiable information about people who clicked your ads.
Search and AI Overview queries. To produce competitor and brand-visibility insights, the Service queries third-party search engine and AI Overview providers with brand or focus terms you supply. Those queries and the resulting data are stored and may be shared across customers in anonymized form, as described below.
Usage data. We log how you use the Service, including page views, feature interactions, request timestamps, IP address, browser type, device type, and approximate location derived from IP.
Cookies and similar technologies. We use first-party cookies to keep you signed in and to remember your preferences. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand aggregate usage of the Service. You can disable cookies in your browser, but parts of the Service may not work without them.
2. How we use information
We use information to:
- Operate, secure, and provide the Service;
- Generate insights, recommendations, and alerts for you;
- Authenticate you, including via Google sign-in or email magic links;
- Respond to your requests, support questions, and feedback;
- Monitor and improve the Service, fix bugs, prevent abuse, and develop new features;
- Send transactional emails (sign-in links, approval notifications, service updates) and, where you have not opted out, occasional product communications;
- Produce de-identified, aggregated benchmarks and industry reports;
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.
3. Legal basis (EEA / UK users)
If you are located in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we process your information on the legal bases of (a) performance of a contract, where processing is necessary to provide the Service you requested; (b) our legitimate interests in operating, securing, and improving the Service, where those interests are not overridden by your rights; (c) compliance with legal obligations; and (d) your consent, where required.
4. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as follows:
Service providers. We use third-party vendors to host, store, send email, and provide analytics. These include Amazon Web Services (hosting and storage), Resend (transactional email), Google (sign-in and Google Ads data), DataForSeo (search engine and AI Overview data), and Google Analytics (usage analytics). These vendors process information on our behalf under contractual obligations.
Aggregated and de-identified data. We may share aggregated or de-identified information that cannot reasonably be used to identify you or your organization, for purposes such as benchmarks, industry reports, marketing, and product improvement.
Legal compliance. We may disclose information when required by law, subpoena, court order, or other legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of AttriSight, our users, or others.
Business transfers. If AttriSight is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you of any change in ownership or use of your information.
5. Data retention
We retain account information for as long as you have an active account, and for a reasonable period afterward to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Connected Google Ads data is retained while your account is connected and for up to ninety (90) days after disconnection to allow you to reconnect without data loss. You may request earlier deletion by emailing team@attrisight.com. Aggregated and de-identified data may be retained indefinitely.
6. Your rights and choices
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, port, restrict processing of, or object to processing of your personal information. To exercise these rights, email team@attrisight.com. We will respond within the time required by applicable law. You may also disconnect your Google Ads account at any time through your Google Account settings.
7. Security
We use industry-standard administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect information, including encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and audit logging. No security measure is perfect, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
8. International transfers
We are based in the United States, and our service providers operate globally. Your information may be processed in countries outside your country of residence, including the United States, which may have different data protection laws. By using the Service, you understand that your information may be transferred to these countries.
9. Children
The Service is intended for business users and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from individuals under 18. If we learn we have collected information from someone under 18, we will delete it.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make a material change, we will notify you by posting the updated policy here with a new effective date and, where reasonably practicable, by other means. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
